THE VISION
To provide education based professional development through conferences, school professional developments, and pre-service educator training. My goal is to empower teachers to create inviting classrooms for ALL students. Creating classrooms that are culturally sensitive and aware, that engage high leverage teaching practices to push student thinking and increase engagement through authentic learning opportunities.

CULTURALLY RELEVANT PEDAGOGY
Culturally Responsive teaching is about giving students experiences, as well as teaching them about the differences in the world around them. I provide the tools needed to combine the curriculum with these experiences to create well rounded thinkers.
